Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and I-95 corridor through
central Maryland, northern Virginia, and District of Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 8 AM.

A Gale Warning is in effect. Gale force winds may begin abruptly
around midday.

Please consult the latest Flood Warnings for ongoing flooding.

Isolated wind damage due to wind gusts to near 50 mph is possible
late today into tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

...The Flood Watch is replaced with a River Flood Warning for the
following rivers in Maryland...Virginia...

  Potomac River at Point of Rocks affecting Frederick MD and
  Western Loudoun Counties.

...The Flood Watch is extended for the following rivers in
Maryland...Virginia...

  Potomac River at Edwards Ferry affecting Eastern Loudoun, Western
  Loudoun and Northwest Montgomery Counties.

* Flood Watch for
  the Potomac River at Little Falls.
* From early this morning until further notice.
* At 2:45 AM EST Monday the stage was 6.5 feet, or 3.5 feet below
  flood stage.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flooding is possible.
* Forecast...Flood stage may be reached based on the latest forecast
  information.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Water begins to overflow the banks into low
  lying areas on the Maryland side of the river near Little Falls.
  Water begins to enter the canoe shed at Sycamore Island.
