This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Virginia and south
central Virginia.

   Winter Storm Warning.

Patchy freezing rain is expected again through tonight. Additional
downed trees and power outages are expected.

Additionally, areas of dense fog may develop this evening into
tonight. Use caution if traveling.

...WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain and continued icing. Additional ice
  accumulations around one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Eastern Louisa, Fluvanna, Goochland, and Western Louisa
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree
  limbs may cause widespread power outages. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages. Call 511 for road information.
