There has been reports of water over US 460 in low lying areas southeast of Petersburg. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1022 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen across the area, with localized amounts of up to 9 inches just west of Petersburg.
