This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast North Carolina,
central Virginia, east central Virginia, north central Virginia,
south central Virginia and southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Wind gusts to 20 to 30mph are expected to continue this evening and
into the early overnight hours across the outlook area. These winds
will be capable of lofting and blowing around loose, outdoor objects.
Winds will gradually subside by Wednesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Another strong area of low pressure approaches the area from the
Mississippi River valley later this week. Locally heavy rainfall
will be possible over the area late Thursday night into Friday, with
scattered showers and storms continuing into Saturday.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
