SATURDAY NIGHT...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will bring the potential for
locally heavy rainfall through this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Flood Watch.

An unsettled weather pattern continues Sunday, with additional heavy
rainfall possible. A few strong to severe thunderstorms will be
possible Sunday with damaging wind gusts as the primary threat.

* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by excessive rainfall will be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Virginia,
  including the following areas, in south central Virginia,
  Dinwiddie, Nottoway and Prince George. In southeast Virginia,
  Chesapeake, Isle of Wight, Norfolk/Portsmouth, Southampton,
  Suffolk, Surry, Sussex and Virginia Beach.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
