North Carolina, central Virginia, east central Virginia, eastern
Virginia, north central Virginia, south central Virginia and
southeast Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Thunderstorms could produce locally heavy rain through tonight,
which could lead to flash flooding in a few spots.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

An unsettled pattern continues through Friday with continued
potential for heavy rainfall and associated flash flooding.
