* WHAT...High risk of rip currents expected.

* WHERE...Virginia Beach, and Accomack and Northampton Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Breaking waves of 4 to 6 feet will result in rough
  surf conditions and a high risk of rip currents.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across the outlook area
Friday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, large hail, and locally
heavy rainfall the main threats.
