This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern West Virginia,
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Freeze Warning goes into effect at 3 AM for northern Maryland,
Jefferson County in West Virginia, and portions of northern and
central Virginia near the Blue Ridge Mountains. A Frost Advisory
goes into effect at 3 AM for the remainder of the area where the
growing season is still active.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

The Freeze Warning and Frost Advisory are in effect until 9 AM
Saturday morning.

There is the potential for scattered wind damage late Sunday into
Monday behind a strong cold front.

Accumulating snow is possible along and west of the Allegheny
Front Sunday night into Monday morning.

Freezing temperatures are likely over much of the area Monday
night into Tuesday morning.

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northern Maryland and central,
  northern, northwest and western Virginia.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
