This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the U.S. Virgin Islands and the
adjacent Coastal Waters.

.Day One...Today and Tonight

.Wind...Sustained winds in excess of 20 MPH (17 knots) are expected
across the Caribbean waters.

.Waves...Choppy/Rough seas up to 6 feet are expected across the
Caribbean waters.

.Rip Currents...There is a moderate risk of rip currents for eastern
St. Croix.

.Heat...Above normal temperatures and warm to hot heat indices of up
to 103 degrees are expected.

.Days Two through Seven...Monday through Saturday

Light amounts of haze from Saharan dust will continue for the next few
days. Another tropical wave will move across the islands next
Wednesday and another for Saturday.

.Spotter information statement...

Spotter activation is not anticipated. Please relay any information
about winds, waves, and rip currents to the National Weather Service
in San Juan while following all local and state guidelines.
