Flooding, if any, will be localized to areas that can experience rapid runoff with heavy rainfall. .Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees across most lower elevation sites. Heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the surf zone of most beaches in Saint Croix and southern in St. John. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Excessive heat is expected each day across Saint Croix--especially on the southern coasts. Excessive heat is also possible in Saint Thomas and Saint John at times. A moderate risk of rip currents is expected each day at most of the beaches. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
