Areas of fog will continue across large portions of Vermont and northern New York through daybreak Saturday. Some of this fog will be dense with visibilities under one half a mile causing very poor driving conditions. The areas of greatest coverage and densest fog will be across the mountain valleys of the Adirondacks as well as the mountain valleys in Vermont including the following river valleys...the Winooski, Passumpsic, Lamoille, Connecticut, White and Missisquoi. The fog will dissipate shortly after daybreak with some of the denser areas mentioned not lifting until mid-morning. If traveling, please reduce speed and leave plenty of room between yourself and other vehicles. Don`t use high beams and possibly consider delaying any travel until mid-morning. $$
