Total snow accumulations between 5 and 9 inches. * WHERE...Rutland and Windsor counties * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall rates are expected between midnight and 7 AM. Snowfall rates are likely to reach 1 inch per hour, which will result in very low visibilities and difficult road conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
