...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
1 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
  9 inches.

* WHERE...Rutland and Windsor counties

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall rates are expected
  between midnight and 7 AM. Snowfall rates are likely to reach 1
  inch per hour, which will result in very low visibilities and
  difficult road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. For the latest on road

Persons should consider adjusting travel plans to avoid the window
of heaviest snow. If travel is necessary, drive with caution.
Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you, including such

else that would help you survive in case you become stranded.
