URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.A band of light snow will move through the region late Thursday
afternoon and evening with light snow amounts around an inch or
less.   Following a break Thursday night, light snow will fill back
in Friday morning and linger through Friday night with an additional
2 to 4 inches.

MIDNIGHT PST FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
  inches.

* WHERE...Fairfield, Post Falls, Cheney, Hayden, Spokane Valley,
  Downtown Spokane, Worley, Airway Heights, Rockford, Coeur d`Alene,
  and Davenport.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to midnight PST Friday Night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on winter travel conditions. Light snow will impact
  the Thursday evening and Friday commutes.
