Including the following locations Stehekin, Stevens Pass, Plain,
and Holden Village

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2
  feet for the Cascade Crest. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Stevens Pass, Holden Village, and the high terrain
  east of Plain and Mazama.

* WHEN...Through 10 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...If you have plans to travel in the Cascades, please
  monitor current pass conditions from the Washington Department
  of Transportation for potential closures or restrictions.
  Backcountry recreationists, it is urged that you check and monitor
  avalanche danger and updates from the Northwest Avalanche
  Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Washington.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Heavy snow is expected for the Cascade Crest along with strong
gusty winds. Snow accumulation of 1 to 3 feet is expected today
through Friday night. Periods of intense snowfall rates are
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

The winter storm will bring heavy snowfall to the Cascade Passes
through late Friday. Expected snow amounts during this period are
around 1 to 3 feet of snow for Stevens Pass. Snow is expected
elsewhere in eastern Chelan and Okanogan counties but much less
accumulations east of the Crest. Strong gusty winds are also
expected.
