This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Washington.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Expect light to moderate snow in the east slopes of the northern
Cascades.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

Another winter storms will bring heavy snow to the Cascade Crest
and light to moderate snow amounts through adjacent river valleys.
Pockets of freezing rain are possible Wednesday morning.
Motorists venturing across Stevens Pass and into the Cascades
should be prepared for wintry travel and possible delays.

and Holden Village

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM PST
WEDNESDAY FOR THE CASCADE CREST INCLUDING HIGHWAY 2 BETWEEN COLES
CORNER AND STEVENS PASS...

* WHAT...Snow expected for The Cascade Crest including Highway 2
  between Coles Corner and Stevens Pass. Total snow
  accumulations of 7 to 14 inches. Local amounts up to 18 inches
  possible over the mountains north of Stevens Pass.

* WHERE...Stehekin, Plain, and Holden Village.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel is expected at times especially late
  Tuesday afternoon through the evening as snow rates increase in
  some areas of an inch per hour.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
