Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High winds on Monday will be from the north funneling down the Okanogan Valley. The potential for damaging winds will come with the initial surge late in the afternoon. Winds may also pick up blowing dust reducing visibility for a brief period.
