.After a brief break in the rain Friday night into Saturday
morning, steady moderate to heavy rain will develop by Saturday
evening. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches will be
possible near the crest of the Cascades through Monday.
Additionally, mild temperatures and wind will lead to some melting
of the early season snowpack.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of North Central Washington, including the
  following counties, Chelan and Okanogan.

* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding of small streams and creeks will be
  possible. There will also be an increased risk of rock slides and
  debris flows in steep terrain and the potential to impact roads
  and backcountry trails, including near burn scars: in Okanogan
  County: Cedar Creek and Cub Creek 2 and in Chelan County: 25 Mile
  Fire. The Stehekin River will be running high and could reach
  flood stage by Sunday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
