Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 feet, with the highest amounts above 4500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will become slick and hazardous.
