...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
4 AM PST FRIDAY...

* WIND...Southerly winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TIMING...Windy conditions will develop Thursday evening and
  continue into early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Winds may snap tree branches and cause local power
  outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
