...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
4 PM PST THURSDAY...
...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 4 AM PST EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 22
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of heavy snow will impact the Upper
  East Slopes of the Washington Cascades Tuesday evening into
  Wednesday morning, and again late Wednesday evening through
  Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
