An atmospheric river is forecast to impact western Washington
Wednesday into Thursday, bringing additional rainfall to the area.
The most rain will fall in the Olympics and Cascades, with lighter
amounts in the lowland areas. Rises on area rivers will occur with
some minor river flooding possible.
