...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM MONDAY TO 11 AM PDT
TUESDAY ABOVE 2000 FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected above 2000 feet. Total snow
  accumulations of 10 to 25 inches.

* WHERE...Cascade mountains and valleys of Whatcom and Skagit
  Counties, including the Mount Baker Ski Area.

* WHEN...From 2 AM Monday to 11 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow expected late tonight through
  midday Monday, with additional snow through the warning period.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
