...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
  35 below zero.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Pine County. In Wisconsin, Douglas,
  Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Burnett, Washburn, Sawyer and Price
  Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Red Cliff
  Band, the Bad River Reservation, the Lac Courte Oreilles
  Reservation and the Mille Lacs Band, Lena Lake and, Hinckley
  areas.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
  exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills of 25 to 40 below
zero are forecast overnight and Monday morning. Wind chills that
cold and can cause frostbite on exposed skin in a little as 10
minutes. Please refer to the Wind Chill Advisories and local
forecast for details specific to your location.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Widespread dangerous wind chills of 25 to 40 below zero will
continue Monday morning.

Widespread dangerous wind chills are expected again Monday night
into Tuesday morning. Temperatures and wind chills will trend
slightly warmer Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday night, then
colder again Thursday and Thursday night. Additional Wind Chill
Advisories will be needed and warnings are possible.

Snow spotters are requested to report their snowfall measurements
to the National Weather Service.
