Dangerous wind chills of 25 to 40 below zero are forecast this morning with wind chills of 25 to 35 below zero tonight. Wind chills that cold and can cause frostbite on exposed skin in a little as 10 minutes. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Widespread dangerous wind chills are expected again Monday night into Tuesday morning. Temperatures and wind chills will trend slightly warmer Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday night, then colder again Thursday and Thursday night.
