There is a 20% chance of snow squalls which could reduce visibility to 1/4 mile or less at times. Light accumulation on roadways may create slippery conditions. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect tonight for much of the Northland where minimum air temperatures are expected to be from 20 to 30 degrees below zero. The coldest wind chills are forecast to be 20 to 35 below zero. Heat loss from exposed skin at these temperatures and wind chills can cause frostbite in 30 minutes or less. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect Tuesday morning for much of the Northland where minimum air temperatures are expected to be from 20 to 30 degrees below zero with wind chills as cold as 25 to 40 below zero. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
