This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Scattered thunderstorms will continue into early evening. A few
storms may produce small hail and heavy downpours.

Wave action will result in a high swim risk at the beaches along
the Lake Michigan shoreline through this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Monday

Severe thunderstorms with damaging winds, large hail, and
torrential rainfall are possible Tuesday into Tuesday night. The
greatest risk of severe storms will occur from late afternoon
through about midnight, and be across central and east-central
Wisconsin. The risk of severe storms across the far north will be
much lower. The heavy rainfall could result in ponding of water
on roadways and poses a risk of flooding of low-lying areas.

Thunderstorms will be possible again Thursday, and again late in
the upcoming weekend. It is too early to determine whether any of
these storms could be severe.

Formal spotter activation will not be necessary late this
afternoon or tonight. However, spotters are requested to report
any observed hail over 1/2 inch in diameter or rainfall totals
over an inch.

Spotter activation may be needed late Tuesday afternoon and
Tuesday evening.
