The combination of wind and cold will result in conditions hazardous to anyone outdoors without sufficient winter clothing late tonight through Monday morning. Wind chill indices of 20 below to 25 below zero are expected in central and north- central Wisconsin, with wind chills in the teens below zero expected in the east. Under conditions such as this, exposed skin can suffer frostbite in as little as 30 minutes. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Continued sub-zero temperatures, combined with a steady wind, could produce dangerous wind chills of 15 below to 30 below zero Monday night through Tuesday morning. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
