This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Some slippery roads are possible over far north-central Wisconsin
on this morning due to a light snowfall.

Bitterly cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills from 20 below
to 35 below zero are likely across the region tonight. Wind chills
this cold can lead to frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 20
to 30 minutes.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Wind chills near 20 below zero are possible over north-central
Wisconsin Friday night.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to forward snowfall measurements to the
National Weather Service in Green Bay.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON CST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25 to
  35 below zero.

* WHERE...Marathon, Portage, Wood, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas,
  Florence, and Forest Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to Noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
