...BITTER COLD WIND CHILLS EXPECTED TONIGHT...

.Cold arctic air and light northwest winds will combine to produce
bitter cold wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero late tonight
into Tuesday morning.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From Midnight tonight to Noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Slippery travel conditions will linger for the morning commute as
light snow tapers off to flurries across most of the area. Periods
of snow showers will continue in the Lake Superior snowbelt through
the afternoon.

Frigid temperatures and light winds will combine to produce
dangerously cold wind chill values of 15 below to 35 below zero
late tonight. The coldest wind chills will be in central and
north-central Wisconsin, where a Wind Chill Advisory has been
posted for late tonight through Tuesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Dangerously cold wind chill values of 15 below to 35 below zero
will continue Tuesday morning. Even colder wind chills of 20
below to near 40 below zero are possible Tuesday night into
Wednesday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to report snowfall amounts over an inch.
