This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Hazardous travel is expected through late tonight due to
accumulating snow. The worst conditions will occur late this
afternoon and evening over the Fox Valley and lakeshore areas,
where total accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are anticipated and a
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect. A Winter Storm Warning
is in effect for Manitowoc County, where over 6 inches of snow may
accumulate near the lakeshore.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Wednesday

Cold wind chills from 10 below to 25 below zero are possible
Thursday morning, Friday morning and Sunday morning. Bitterly cold
wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero are possible Monday
morning and Tuesday morning. The coldest wind chills will be found
over central and north-central Wisconsin each morning.

Another round of accumulating snow will result in hazardous travel
from Friday afternoon into Saturday morning. Probabilities for
snowfall greater than 4 inches range from 20% near the Upper
Peninsula border to 90% across east-central Wisconsin.

Spotters are requested to forward snowfall measurements to the
National Weather Service in Green Bay.
