This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

North to northwest winds gusting to 25 to 35 mph will cause
patchy blowing and drifting snow in open areas today, especially
in the Fox Valley and lakeshore areas. Visibilities may be greatly
reduced at times, especially on west to east oriented roads. Those
heading out onto the Bay of Green Bay and Lake Winnebago should
be prepared for reduced visibilities in blowing snow. Ice shanties
should be properly secured.

Periods of light snow may result in slick conditions on untreated
roads today.

Arctic air will return to the region tonight, with dangerously
cold wind chills of 20 to 35 below zero developing late. A Cold
Weather Advisory is in effect from 3 am to noon on Monday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Arctic air will be entrenched across the area during the early to
mid part of the work week. Dangerously cold wind chills of 20 to
35 degrees below are expected Monday and Tuesday mornings, with
wind chills of 15 to 30 below anticipated Wednesday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation should not be needed today or tonight.
