This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

For north-central Wisconsin, an Extreme Cold Warning has been
issued starting at midnight as wind chills approach 35 degrees
below zero. A Cold Weather Advisory remains in effect until
midnight.

For central and northeast Wisconsin, a Cold Weather Advisory
remains in effect until midnight on Monday night for wind chills
of 20 to 30 degrees below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Sunday

Expect a prolonged period of dangerous cold weather through early
Wednesday morning as wind chills reach 25 to 40 degrees below zero,
locally colder, during the late night/early morning time frames.

For north-central Wisconsin, an Extreme Cold Warning has been
issued through noon Tuesday.

For central and northeast Wisconsin, an Extreme Cold Warning has
been issued from midnight on Monday night through noon Tuesday.

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 29 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
  chills as low as 35 below expected.

* WHERE...East-central and northeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST Monday
  Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight Monday Night to
  noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 to 35
  below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
  10 to 20 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if
  unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur from the
  overnight to morning hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and
unfrozen water.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
