Minnesota...south central Minnesota...southeast Minnesota...
northwest Wisconsin and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 33 degrees below zero are
expected overnight. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Bitter cold continues through Friday morning. Wind chills will
drop to between 20 to 30 degrees below zero Thursday morning,
followed by wind chills as low as 15 to 25 degrees below zero
Friday morning.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 33 below.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
  Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 33 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
