This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Bitterly cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills from 20
below to 35 below zero are likely across the region early this
morning. Wind chills this cold can lead to frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 20 to 30 minutes.

Wind chills between 15 to 20 below zero are expected over north-
central Wisconsin tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A wintry mix of precipitation could produce slippery roads across
northern Wisconsin Monday night.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25 to
  35 below zero.

* WHERE...Marathon, Portage, Wood, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas,
  Florence, and Forest Counties.

* WHEN...Until Noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 20 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves. Call 211 on any phone if you need help finding a
warming shelter.
