This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

The combination of wind and frigid temperatures will produce wind
chills of 15 below to 30 below zero this morning. A Wind Chill
Advisory is in effect for all of north central and central Wisconsin.
Travelers and others with outdoor plans should be prepared for
the cold.

Sub-zero temperatures are expected again tonight, with lows reaching
the teens to lower 20s below zero in north central, central and
far northeast Wisconsin. Winds will be light, but even a slight
wind would produce wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero in
north central and central Wisconsin.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Slippery travel is possible late Friday night into Saturday
morning due to light snow.

There is a potential for light snow across central and east-
central Wisconsin Saturday night, and across the entire forecast
area late Sunday night into Monday evening. It is too early to
determine snow accumulations at this time.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in 20 to 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Cover exposed skin to
prevent frostbite. Bring a phone in your car in case you become
stranded.
