...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 25 to 35 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota and central, southwest,
  and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 to 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and
gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
