This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Lake-effect snow showers in far north central Wisconsin may
result in locally hazardous travel conditions, especially in Vilas
county, where additional accumulations of one-half to one inch are

Sub-zero temperatures are expected tonight. The combination of
wind and frigid temperatures will produce wind chills of 15 below
to 30 below zero later tonight into Thursday morning. A Wind
Chill Advisory remains in effect for all of north central and
central Wisconsin. Travelers and others with outdoor plans should
be prepared for the cold.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Wednesday

Sub-zero temperatures are expected again Thursday night into
Friday morning. A slight wind could create wind chill values of 20
below zero or colder.

Slippery travel is also possible Friday night into Saturday due
to light snow.

There is a potential for light snow across central and east-
central Wisconsin Saturday night into Sunday morning and again
Monday into Monday evening. It is too early to determine snow
potential at this time.


Spotters are requested to forward any lake-effect snowfall
measurements to the National Weather Service in Green Bay.
