This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Showers and thunderstorms will continue to move across the
area for the rest of the afternoon into this evening. A few
strong or severe storms are possible through late afternoon,
generally south of Highway 29. Damaging winds and heavy rain will
be the main threats along with flooding. An isolated tornado is
also possible. A Tornado Watch is in effect until 6 pm for
portions of central and east-central WI.

The cluster of showers and storms will also contain locally
heavy rainfall. Some of the stronger storms could produce rainfall
rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour, resulting in localized flooding.
A Flood Watch is in effect into this evening across central and
east-central WI.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Wednesday

There are on and off chances for thunderstorms Friday night
into Saturday and then again towards the middle of next week.
It is too early to determine if or when any severe storms are
possible. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible at times.

Spotters are requested to report any flooding or wind damage to
the National Weather Service in Green Bay.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, in east central Wisconsin,
  Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown,
  Kewaunee and Outagamie.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Moderate to heavy rain will come to an end this evening.
    Additional rainfall totals under a half inch are expected.
    Some minor street flooding is still possible early this
    evening.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, in east central Wisconsin,
  eastern Calumet and Manitowoc. In northeast Wisconsin, southern
  Brown.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 519 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Manitowoc, Chilton, Brillion, Cleveland, Valders, St.
    Nazianz, Two Creeks, Camp Rokilio Scout Camp, St Anna, Two
    Rivers, Kiel, New Holstein, Wrightstown, Newton, Morrison,
    Cato, Holland, Mishicot, Larrabee and Spring Valley.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
