Bitter cold with wind chills as low as -20 to -35. Cold weather
advisories are in effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Bitter cold continues Wednesday morning with winds chills from
20 to 35 below. Not quite as cold overnight Wednesday into
Thursday morning with -15 to -25 wind chills.

* WHERE...Adams, Juneau, Crawford, Grant, Richland, Vernon, La
  Crosse, and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
