...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 25 to 28 below expected,
  with the coldest wind chills occurring during the morning and
  overnight hours.

* WHERE...Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Racine Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 28 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
