...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Michigan...Wisconsin...

  Menominee River near McAllister affecting Menominee and Marinette
  Counties.

  Wolf River at New London affecting Winnebago, Outagamie and
  Waupaca Counties.

  Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Shawano, Outagamie and Waupaca
  Counties.

For the Menominee River...including McAllister...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued Friday afternoon by 1215 PM CDT.

...The Flood Warning remains in effect...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Menominee River near McAllister.
* Until further notice.
* At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 7:15 PM CDT Thursday was 15.3 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8 feet
  Monday evening.
* Impact...At 16.5 feet, Water approaches River Drive and Shore
  Drive west of Wallace in Menominee County...Michigan. Water
  approaches South Park Road east of Porterfield.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Hazardous conditions are expected near streams and rivers due to
high water levels and fast flows. Minor flooding of low-lying
areas can be expected. Fast flows are also being reported below
area dams.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Thursday

Hazardous conditions are expected near streams and rivers
due to high water levels and fast flows through the weekend.
Rain is in the forecast Friday into Friday night which may
result in additional rises in rivers into early next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are requested to report any flooding to the National
Weather Service in Green Bay.

* Flood Warning for...
  Southern Marinette County in northeastern Wisconsin...

* Until 400 PM CDT Friday.

* At 116 PM CDT, high flows continue along the Peshtigo River. Minor
  flooding is expected near the river.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Peshtigo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
