Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Grounds are saturated and streams are already running high, any bursts of moderate to heavy rainfall will cause streams to rise from their banks. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
