This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern West Virginia,
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of northern and central

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A Freeze Warning is in effect from 3 AM to 9 AM Saturday for
Northwestern Harford, northern Baltimore, and Frederick County
in Maryland, Western Loudoun County in Virginia, and Jefferson
County in West Virginia. Areas of frost are possible outside the
Freeze Warning overnight Friday into early Saturday.

There is the potential for isolated wind damage due to northwesterly
wind gusts of up to 50 mph late Sunday into Monday.

Freezing temperatures are likely over much of the area Monday
night into Tuesday morning.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
