This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern West Virginia,
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Flood Warnings remain in effect from Fairfax County southwest to
Albermarle County.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A Freeze Watch is in effect from 2AM to 9AM Saturday for Northern
Harford and Baltimore Counties, Frederick County MD, Western
Loudoun County and Jefferson County WV.

Areas of frost are possible outside of the Freeze Watch overnight
Friday into early Saturday.

There is the potential for strong west to northwesterly winds
with gusts of 40 to 50 mph on Sunday into Monday.

Freezing temperatures are possible in much of the area Monday
night into Tuesday morning.


Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
