* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, significant icing. Additional
  ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. For the Ice Storm
  Warning, significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations
  around four tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas, and Southeast
  Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 11 AM EST this morning.
  For the Ice Storm Warning, from 11 AM this morning to 4 AM EST
  Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Roads, and
  especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and
  hazardous. Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree
  limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages.
