  Southeastern Braxton County in north central West Virginia...
  Southeastern Clay County in north central West Virginia...
  Southeastern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Pocahontas County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Southern Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Webster County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Northeastern Fayette County in southeastern West Virginia...
  Nicholas County in southeastern West Virginia...

* Until 1000 PM EST Monday.

* At 1153 AM EST, Flooding, significant in many areas, persists
  across the area. Many roads remain closed as a result, especially
  secondary roads. Despite rain having ended, flood waters will
  remain high for much of the remainder of the day. In addition,
  flood waters along many creeks, streams, and rivers remain high.
  Do not cross flooded roadways.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Elkins, Summersville, Richwood, Marlinton, Webster Springs, Cass
  Scenic Railroad, Greenbank, Belington, Addison (Webster Springs),
  Mill Creek, Camden-On-gauley, Holly River State Park, Snowshoe,
  Camden On Gauley, Dailey, Craigsville, Birch River, Mingo, Beverly
  and Cowen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Virginia.

Even though the heaviest of the rain has ended, flood warnings
remain in effect early this morning for ongoing high water and
streams out of their banks. Some rivers will also go into flood
later today or tonight, before receding through midweek.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 4 AM EST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
