This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight. Light to moderate snow will be widespread across the area this morning, with most impacts ending by early afternoon. Areas of northern Johnson County, including the Buffalo area, will have periods of moderate to heavy snow and near-blizzard conditions through the day. The eastern half of Sweetwater County will have a few hours of moderate to heavy snow occurring over Interstate 80 this afternoon. Strong winds, with gusts of 40 to 60 mph, will occur across the Bighorn Basin. Wind gusts up to 40 mph will occur across the rest of the forecast area. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Thursday through Saturday...Two more chances for snow will arrive Thursday/Thursday night and again Saturday.
