...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM MST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chill temperatures will drop to 20 to 30
  degrees below zero overnight.

* WHERE...Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range, Lander Foothills,
  Natrona County Lower Elevations, Southwest Bighorn Basin, Wind
  River Basin, Northeast Johnson County, Southeast Bighorn Basin,
  Southeast Johnson County, Cody Foothills, and North Bighorn Basin.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extreme caution if you plan to be outdoors. Wear appropriate
clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Very cold temperatures persist through Tonight, with Wind Chill
temperatures expected to be -20 to -30 for most areas.

Winds will increase overnight with gusts 50 to 60 mph possible along
the Absaroka Mountains and Cody Foothills by sunrise Tuesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...Strong winds continue across the Absaroka Mountains and
Cody Foothills through much of the afternoon. Strong west winds with
gusts 40 to 50 mph are also expected across the southern Wind
Corridor towards Casper. Hwy 28 over South Pass and Hwy 258 Outer
Drive on the south side of Casper could see occasional gusts 50 to 60
mph during the day. Winds diminish Tuesday night.

Friday Night and Saturday...Chances for widespread snow return, but
confidence is low (20 to 30%) regarding snowfall and impacts at this
time.
