This is a special weather statement from the National Weather
Service Office in Riverton.

* WHAT...Strong southwest wind between 25 and 35 mph with gusts
  40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Casper area. The strongest wind will occur along Outer
  Drive on the south side of Casper where gusts of 60 to 65 mph
  are possible.

* WHEN...The strongest winds will occur through about 3 AM before
  weakening, but remaining windy.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. There could be control issues
  especially for light and high profile vehicles, including campers
  and tractor trailers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Please keep two hands on your steering
  wheel in case of a sudden, strong wind gust.
