Bitterly cold temperatures overnight, with temperatures 15 to 30
below zero, and wind chills 25 to 40 below zero in some locations.
Bundle up well if spending any amount of time outside.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday through Tuesday...Very cold temperatures continue Monday
night into Tuesday morning.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills 25 to 35
  below zero.

* WHERE...Natrona County Lower Elevations.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
